Throughout this document, "Eclipse," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Eclipse Sample Sales. "You" refers to the customer, visitor, or attendee.

These Terms apply to all use of our website, online store, and in-person events. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that powers our product sales.

By using our website or purchasing from Eclipse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access sales and receive event notifications, you may register an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Eclipse is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@eclipse-official.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Upon registration, your email address is automatically added to our mailing list. You will receive sale announcements, discount alerts, and restock notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Eclipse organizes rotating designer sample sale events. All inventory is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are available in limited quantities and may sell out at any time. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — your purchase is only confirmed upon completed checkout.

We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect true colors, and minor variations may occur. Eclipse reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Each sale typically lasts 5 days, subject to change depending on the brand. Shopping on the first day gives you the best access to the full selection.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts at Eclipse events range from 50% to 90% off original retail price. Any further reductions applied during a sale week are determined solely by the brand — Eclipse has no advance notice of such changes and cannot accommodate price adjustments after a purchase is completed.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Shop Pay for online purchases. In-store events additionally accept cash. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order. Eclipse does not accept payment by phone for online orders and does not store full payment card details on our servers.

Sales tax is applied in accordance with the laws of your state of residence at the time of purchase.

Eclipse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

All items sold through Eclipse — both online and in-store — are final sale. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

For eligible online orders, optional Return Coverage may be purchased at checkout. If selected, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an incomplete order, you must contact us at contact@eclipse-official.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo where applicable. Eclipse will arrange a replacement if the item is available, or issue a full refund once the item is returned using a prepaid label we provide. After the 7-day window, all items are considered final sale with no exceptions.

Eclipse does not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a further markdown is applied.

Eclipse ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email or text confirmation with tracking information. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We ship to P.O. Boxes. If there is an issue with your delivery address, our team will contact you directly. To update your shipping address after placing an order, email contact@eclipse-official.com as soon as possible. Address changes must be submitted in writing and cannot be processed by phone. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee the change can be made.

Orders cannot be combined after placement. Each order is processed and shipped separately, and shipping fees apply to each individually.

Attendance at Eclipse in-person events is subject to the following conditions. Bag and coat check is mandatory upon entry. Strollers must be checked at coat check or left at the front door. Fitting room availability varies by event and brand.

Eclipse selects venues with reasonable care but is not responsible for injuries, loss, or theft occurring at event locations. Attendance is at your own risk. Eclipse reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event at its discretion.

Eclipse is not liable for wait times, queue lengths, or items selling out before you are able to purchase them.

All content on eclipsesamplesales.com — including logos, graphics, photographs, text, and event materials — is the property of Eclipse Sample Sales or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written consent from Eclipse.

By submitting feedback, reviews, or other content to Eclipse, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our site, you consent to the data practices described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eclipse Sample Sales, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events, even if Eclipse has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Eclipse's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eclipse in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eclipse Sample Sales and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eclipse Sample Sales with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject.
